A common misconception when purchasing robocalls is the assumption that special software needs to be installed to send out your voice broadcasts. In some rare cases, robocall software is needed in order to send out thousands of voice messages but in most cases, no software is required. Almost all of the current robocalling companies offer all of their services online, through a user control panel. Optional robocall software in the form of mobile apps may be downloaded and installed - they are not mandatory.
